Create Your Own iOS Carrier Logo Without Jailbreak . This guide is available only for owners of Apple’s Mac computer not windows owners and support only iPhone and iPad.

Zeppelin, a jailbreak tweak, showed us that it was easily possible to change the carrier logo of your iOS device, whether it be an iPhone or a 3G/4G iPad but non-jailbroken users were left out. Just a week ago, another dev made it possible to change the carrier logo without even jailbreaking but again, it had a catch that it was only available for owners of Apple’s Mac Computer.

And now we sincerely thank developer Dany Lisiansky as he has proved it possible to change the carrier logo on your iPhone using a Windows PC.

Custom

Notes: This guide is available only for owners of Apple’s Mac computer not windows owners and support only iPhone and iPad.

CustomCarrierLogo is the name of the solution for Windows users who want to tweak the carrier logo on your iOS device and fortunately, the process is reminiscent to the Mac one. Anyway, we have listed the steps below! Just follow them to change the logo,

How To Create Your Own iOS Carrier Logo Without Jailbreak

  1. Download the CustomCarrierLogo and launch it.
  2. Click on the Let’s Get Started button.
  3. As displayed on the app’s “Need Some Quick Info” page, go to your iPhone’s Settings app and go to the General>About section.
  4. Note the Carrier Version number and enter it into the CustomCarrierLogo app running on your PC.
  5. Go to the Carrier Information page and ensure that the correct device and carrier (the carrier you are currently on) are selected.
  6. On the next page, you will have to choose the image you want to be displayed as the logo and then drag your preferred ones in the application squares. The great thing is that you can even create your very own custom logos on CustomCarrierLogo. Alternatively, you can download the CarrierEditor file which has a handy lot of logos at the ready.
  7. CustomCarrierLogo will now automatically save the original and the custom logo on your computer.
  8. After that, launch iTunes, make sure that your device is connected, go the summary page and while holding down the Shift key, click Restore iPhone/iPad Carrier Configuration. A box will popup in which you will have to select the custom .ipcc file(not the original one) stored on your pc.
  9. Now you will see that your chosen logo will appear on your device.

Don’t like the new one? Don’t panic as all you have to do to get the original one back is repeat step 8 and just choose the original file this time.
