iOS 7 & iPhone 6 start showing up in developer logs . Well well we have a good news for you  As reported by TheNextWeb, a few developers have informed them that they have started getting traces of a new iPhone as well as iOS 7.

The new iPhone is currently being referred by Apple as “iPhone 6,1” which clearly represents the next-Gen iPhone as the current iPhone is called “iPhone 5,1” or “iPhone 5,2” for the 4G LTE model.

Apple is probably looking to start off the New Year with a fresh start by starting the testing of its’ 7th Gen iPhone as well as the next version of Apple’s popular mobile OS, iOS 7. 5 years have passed by since iOS was introduced and we are now using, as Apple puts it, “the most advanced mobile OS” yet, iOS 6.

Despite this long period, we still haven’t seen a lot of change in our beloved yet increasingly boring-iOS. Even the new Notification Center hasn’t received a lot of traction mainly due to the Notification delights of latest version of Android, Jelly Bean. Perhaps 7th time might be a charm and Apple may introduce something new with its upcoming iOS 7 as we are already getting reports that Apple has started testing the next iPhone and iOS 7.

Here is what they report,

“From the developer logs that we have seen, the app requests originate from an IP address on Apple’s Cupertino campus, suggesting that members of Apple’s software development and app teams are compatibility testing some of the more popular or well-known applications already on the App Store.

Although OS and device data can be faked, the unique IP footprint leading back to Apple’s Cupertino campus leads us to believe this is not one of those attempts.”

One more thing to consider is the fact that iOS 7 may be released sooner than expected as when iOS 6 started appearing in usage logs, and a month later, it was introduced at WWDC 2012.
